All our packages will have a tracking number for your convenience.

All delivery times are approximate and flow state does not guarantee the delivery time of any packages. If you require a rush on an order, please email nick@flowstatedesigns.ca and let us know.

flow state designs are not responsible for any lost packages; however, our goal is to ensure that our customers receive all packages in a timely manner.

returns

You have 30-days to return or exchange a new item. To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

shipping

To return a product, please submit a message from our contact tab.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

When shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item but the shipping company can especially if you have a tracking number.
